We always make hats according to your measurements (except for ready-made ones). When you buy, you will need to enter your measurements in the personalization line, following the instructions (a measurement scheme is included in each listing).

When will I receive my item if you make it to order?

Accepted Answer

We have a queue of orders that is usually full for 2-3 months. Therefore, we discuss the production time individually at the time of ordering. In addition, you can check it with us in advance of the purchase. We accept rush orders too (with additional charge), feel free to ask.

Question 3

I want to buy a piece of leather clothing: a coat or long vest. How can I make sure it fits me?

All the clothes that you see in our portfolio we sew according to individual measurements. We have a detailed guide on how to correctly take all measurements for tailoring, which we send you when ordering. So you get what is made just for you!

Question 4

Can I make any changes to the product when ordering? For example, change the color scheme of a hat or the length of a linen cloak.

Accepted Answer

Of course, we are happy to make changes to make the thing even more individual! But keep in mind that some changes do not affect the cost, and some require additional costs. So please discuss these points with us before purchasing.

I would like to purchase several items (or large one, such as a leather coat), but I cannot pay the entire amount at once. Can we split payments?

Of course, we can split payments for you and create customized listings. Write to us to find out all the details, because such projects always require an individual approach.
