PDF file includes pattern key for DMC floss and 4 types of pattern: black&white symbols with backstitch lines, black&white symbols without backstitch lines; symbols with color behind and solid color - both with backstitch lines. You can use one or use them all.
 
This pattern has some backstitching and half cross stitches (besides full cross stitches). 
Besides 17 usual/basic DMC colors and 1 Kreinik color, it also has 2 blended colors 
(18, 1 and 2 for dark skin tone version).
