For the Carousel Pop Up you need:
1.    Brown paper (medium or heavy weight, 180-260 gr) – 2 sheets 12 x 12 inches
2.    White paper (medium or heavy weight, 180-260 gr) – 1 sheet 12 x 12 inches
3.    Adhesive (I use Uhu Twist & Glue)

Cutting remarks:
1.    All details are assorted by layers in several files but these layouts were made for better presentation. For economy use of paper and your cutting mats place all details in order YOU consider best!
2.    All SVG files come with corresponding JPG files where you can find descriptions and comments
3.    Use well preserved blades and cutting mats to achieve good cutting results
