What I used: 

- Crochet hook size 2.5 mm
- Cotton yarn: different colors (superfine, classic 8/4) 
- Scissors
- Needle
- Stuffing material 

You can use any yarn you have with suitable needles and get different sizes. Use thicker yarn, get bigger !!

The stitches you will use/learn and included in the videos:
CH  chain 
MR magic ring
SC single crochet
Inc increase (add one stitch into the same stitch)
Dec Decrease 
SL ST slip stitch

Yes!! you can have this football plush with these basic stitches!
