Nettle extract is a biologically active food supplement (BAA) created on the basis of nettle extract, helps to reduce body weight, normalize all types of metabolism in endocrine diseases. Nettle is a good remedy for asthenia and hypovitaminosis. Nettle juice with honey and milk is a delicious vitamin drink that stimulates the formation of milk in lactating women. In terms of protein content, nettle is not inferior to legumes (peas, beans, beans, etc.).
