My experience of this product has been one of extreme disappointment. I ordered and paid for this pattern and 3 others but never received them. I wrote a note to you but have not had the courtesy of a reply. I am hoping that you might honour your side of the contract/deal that we made - (you by offering the items for sale and me, by accepting your offer) I would have to give you a rating of Zero. As your rating box doesn't allow for this I have to tick the one star box but don't in fact, give it any. Jacqueline Sullivan
