IS NOT A MEDICINE
Promotes normalization and improvement of kidney function in various disorders, prevents the development of pathological changes in kidney tissues
Acute renal failure

Chronic renal failure

Chronic kidney diseases: pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, nephrosis

Hypertension stage 1, especially in young people

Pre- and postoperative period during kidney surgery

Elderly people in order to normalize kidney function
The kidneys are a paired organ resembling a bean in shape, located in the lumbar region on the right and left. Every day, about 1,500 liters of blood pass through the kidneys and are purified thanks to about one million microscopic filters – nephrons. There are approximately 1 million nephrons in each kidney.
The cause of most kidney diseases is damage to the nephrons. When they lose their filtering properties, a dangerous level of fluid and waste products may occur in the body, since the final products of nitrogen metabolism, foreign and toxic compounds, including many medications, excess organic and inorganic substances are excreted from the body through the kidneys. Disruption of the nephrons leads to chronic kidney disease.

Chronic kidney disease can develop at any age. The greatest risk of getting sick occurs in those people who have one or more of the following risk factors:
Diabetes;

High blood pressure;

Family members have previously had kidney disease;

Age over 50;

Long-term use of medications that can damage the kidneys;

Overweight or obese.
If chronic kidney disease progresses, then the level of metabolic products in the blood increases, many of which are toxic to the body.

This becomes the cause of poor health. There may be various health problems – such as high blood pressure, anemia, bone diseases, the appearance of plaques in blood vessels.

In chronic kidney disease, the main symptoms may be:

General weakness;

Shortness of breath;

Sleep problems, insomnia;

Loss of appetite;

Dry skin, itchy skin;

Muscle spasms in the legs, especially at night;

Swelling in the legs;

Swelling around the eyes that occurs in the morning.

It is important that the kidney cells remain intact for as long as possible and perform all their functions in full.

For each cell of our body, including kidney and nephron cells, proteins (proteins) are important, which form the structure of the cell and participate in its metabolic processes. As it was established thanks to the discovery made in 1999 by Gunther Blobel, who received the Nobel Prize for his scientific work, proteins control the processes of intercellular interaction and determine the ability to self-repair cells. The lack of peptides (with age or pathology) accelerates tissue wear, aging processes and leads to the development of diseases.
Renisamine is derived from the kidneys of cattle and is a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins that are identical to those in humans. Renisamine has a selective effect on the cells of the renal parenchyma and the nephron system, which contributes to the restoration of impaired renal function and activation of self-healing processes in renal tissues.
Due to the mechanism of transcytosis, the incoming protein appears unchanged in the target cell. In this case, the target is kidney and nephron tissue cells. Getting into them, Renisamine saturates cells with an optimal protein "diet", allowing them to recover faster and normalize the performance of their functions – filtration and purification of blood.

Clinical trials of Renisamine were conducted in 174 patients with nephropathy, benign nephrosclerosis and other chronic kidney diseases, which were accompanied by a violation of their function.

In the course of studies, it was found that the use of Renisamine helped to smooth out the clinical manifestations of nephropathy in 77% of cases. Against the background of its reception, an increase in the secretory function of the kidneys was observed. Patients noted an improvement in general well-being, a reduction in pain, and an improvement in appetite.
Method of application
Renisamine is recommended to take 1-3 tablets, 10-15 minutes before meals, 2-3 times a day, for 10-15 days. Repeat course in 3-6 months. Renisamine has no contraindications and can be used both independently and as part of complex therapy.
