RiMET-Diesel engine additive

RiMET Diesel is a 2nd generation remetallizer developed for diesel engines. Contains ultradispersed powder of the copper-tin-antimony ternary alloy (Cu-Sn-Sb) with an average particle size of 1-2 microns. Thanks to a special treatment with surfactants, the powder particles do not interact with the oil and with each other and practically do not settle. The crystal lattice of the ternary Cu-Sn-Sb alloy is more strained than that of the double Cu-Sn alloy, due to which the interaction of powder particles with the surface of friction pairs occurs faster than when using RiMET, which greatly simplifies the formation of secondary protective nanostructures on the friction surface and reduces the time healing defects on the friction surface. RiMET Diesel differs from RiMET 100 in the dispersion medium.

RiMET Diesel is recommended for modern light duty diesel engines, including turbocharged ones.
 
Application effect:
- the compression on cylinders is restored and leveled;
- wear rate is reduced up to 50%;
- the coefficient of friction is reduced to 5%;
- increases engine power up to 10%;
- oil pressure increases;
- fuel consumption is reduced up to 20%;
- oil consumption is reduced up to 30%;
- the content of CO in the exhaust gases is reduced up to 3 times;
- noise level is reduced;
- it is easier to start the engine, especially at low temperatures.

The effect of the drug manifests itself after no more than 400 km of run and remains until the next oil change, but not more than 10-15 thousand km of run.

To prevent wear, pour 50 ml at each oil change, for an oil system volume of 3-5 liters

Maintenance dosage after recovery, at the following oil changes: 50 ml per 3-5 liters of oil

1. Engine preparation
- if necessary, flush the oil system and engine crankcase;
- drain the old engine oil;
- replace the oil fine filter;
- if there is a centrifuge, clean its body from deposits and rinse;
- Fill with fresh engine oil.

2. Application of the drug
Filling RiMET DIESEL is recommended immediately before the trip, or immediately after filling, let the engine idle for 10-15 minutes to evenly distribute the particles of the drug throughout the oil volume.
   
Filling more than 1 cylinder, do it sequentially: first one, then, after a run of 150-200 km, the next cylinder.
   
- before using the drug, without opening the container, shake it vigorously for 20-30 seconds;

- immediately after shaking, pour the contents of the cylinder into the engine oil through the oil filler neck;

- check the presence of sediment at the bottom of the cylinder, which is allowed if the agitation is not strong enough. In this case, it is necessary to pour a small amount of fresh engine oil into the cylinder, shake the contents of the cylinder again vigorously or mix and pour the suspension into the oil.
