Thread lock red (non-removable) 50 ml TL571 ABRO

Description:
extra strong anaerobic fixative for metal fasteners.

Scope of application:
used for metal fasteners with a diameter of 9.5-25mm. Ideal for assembly studs, transmission bolts, suspension bolts, engine fittings and any other part where you want to avoid fixing with a second nut or welding.

Properties:
• fixes and seals the threaded connection, gives it vibration resistance;
• non-removable: ideal for fixing threaded connections that do not require frequent disassembly;
• creates a connection with a shear strength of 210 kg/cm2;
• resistant to most chemicals;
• protects connection from corrosion;
• resistant to temperature changes.

Clean and degrease the threads of the parts.
Shake contents thoroughly.
Remove the cap and cut off the tip.
Apply a few drops to the mounting surface.
Assemble the connection.
Allow 20-30 minutes for initial setting before use.
Because the compound is anaerobic and will only polymerize in the absence of oxygen, make sure the parts are tight.

For dismantling, heat up to +150˚ and disassemble the connection.
