I have been using this knee brace every day when I go for a run. My left knee usually hurts a little after running, and I have tried many braces. This one is excellent, very effective. The Velcro straps both pull tight wherever I need the pressure. There is no longer any pain.

this is what I needed,in the video I watched it looked like I could put the bands where I needed them and make it as tight or loose as I wanted , and yes it fit and adjusted like on the video and fit comfortable, it's light weight and cool to ware, my complements and thanks ! a very good product
