I wear them when I go swimming. I find it difficult to walk in the pool in bare feet, these give me arch support without having to wear shoes. Work perfectly -- I love them!

I purchased this product at the request of my wife. She has been having feet and leg problems and was told she needed extra support. I received the arch support and my wife wore them for eight hours the first day. She told me that she felt the supports really made a difference in relieving her pain and she has worn them every day since.

I really find this item exceptional. I have bought a similar item and it was too tight and it really didn't address my needs so my feet continue to hurt without support. However, this one was perfect fit for me and my feet did not hurt during the day which basically I'm on my feet constantly. So, yes this item was the best for me and I recommend it to anyone who needs arch support. You may try buying one to see if it works for you because everyone is different and issues of the feet vary.

I have very bad feet. I have a bone spur in my left heal. I noticed just sitting the orthotic's starting cutting off the circulation in my feet(their a little snug) But when I'm up moving around my feet feel pretty good. I haven't had them long enough to ware them with shoes/sandals. I'll continue to ware them to give them an honest trial:)

Very comfortable to wear, since I have flat feet it gives me support on my arches, comfortable as I walk, very happy with this purchase. If you need support as I do this is the product to have. You will be glad you did.

At first when it came in the mail, I had forgotten what it was that I ordered - then I saw the picture and I remembered, so I put the arch supports on my feet and found them to be actually comfortable. I do not have fallen arches, but my feet have always hurt through life. I guess that's part of being Aquarius. Now, my feet don't hurt nearly as much - only a little in rainy weather - and I feel more balanced when navigating stairs as well. Thank You Evelyn

Would have liked a little more padding on the support and a little longer strap (size 11).

The pads allow me to have support as I walk around the house barefoot, while letting my toes be free from pressure. I have peripheral neuropathy making toes very tender and cramped being in an enclosed shoe all day. Thank you!!!
