I bought it for a friend of mine because she could not find it, but it is the wrong color. It is too dark. So, I can not really comment on it. But, I can comment on the company or site. I wrote them because I had not received my parcel. They investigated it and got back to me. I was just impatient.

This is the second shade I have ordered because it is a terrific product. I do not like to put myself “out there” in cyberspace or otherwise I would send a photo. By far, the best eyebrow product available, in my opinion and I’ve tried sooooo many others. The dark gray is just a little too dark and the brown a little too red. If there was a color in between both, I would love to try it. Otherwise I’m using both at same time and it looks great and lasts A VERY LONG TIME. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the brown microblade pen. The Chestnut is a little too dark. The Chestnut goes on easily. My only concern is that it will run out of ink too quickly. I have no eyebrows so this type of brow pencil works perfectly. I am going to order another brown one.

Not the best picture, but I really like it. The color choice is perfect on me. I put it on last night before going to bed and it didn't leak or transfer on my pillow. Maybe you can't see well the effect of real eyebrow hairs, however the result is satisfying.
