From buying to delivery it was smooth as silk emails updates on packing, dispatch, travel and delivery. Being a fragile item always a bit apprehensive about how it is packed. When they arrived the packaging was unbelievable you could have dropped it from 20 feet and it would have survived the impact. This cup is so adorable and it's huge! Just right for morning coffee without having to get up to refill. Coffee stays hot. It arrived within a few days and at first, because it's so cute, I was going to keep it on the shelf on display. But I just had to use it. I love it, it brightens my day first thing in the morning. It's a brilliant mug, large, decent sized handle for a man hand to hold but is a gift for an intrepid traveller so I can't post any pictures yet. And despite the recent rolling postal service strikes across Canada, it arrived in a week's time. Now that was either great customer service or great luck. Either way, I think it is good value.

I was worried due to some reviews saying they arrived broken. Mine were in great shape! Each was in a cardboard box, in a 2-3 inch Styrofoam cube, wrapped in a heavy plastic wrapper. They are adorable!!
