I love the mug. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. My only complaint was that it didn’t arrive by Christmas.

Love the product.. I hate to write anything negative there's so much of that going around . but I have to tell you I ordered this item in November I got it December 28th ! Customer service was slow in responding never spoke with a live person communicating via email seem like their responses were generic. Don't bother trying to track your package it was never updated.

It took a little longer than expected, but it's here and I love it. The box the mug came in was flimsy. It was wrapped several times with bubble wrap but the box was crushed inside the bubble wrap. The mug was fine though, but until it was completely unwrapped and out of the box, I was concerned.

Mug is as pictured, a bit smaller than I thought. I bought a blue one and a green one. They took two months to arrive here (France), so the shipping time needs improvement… But, overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
