An excellent display piece on an attractive stand, the detail is quite striking even has the names of the planets and elliptical orbits etched in although I need magnification myself to fully appreciate the detail. Younger people with better eyesight would be fascinated by it.

Arrived on time, package was a bit squished but packed well with no damage to the contents. The item, Engraved Solar System Sphere, is exactly as pictured on line. It is an appropriate size for a desk or a shelf. I got the clear base with mine and it just screams for a lighted one, colors would be awesome.
