I found the customer service site responsive but I was disappointed by the time it took to deliver our order.

They are fun to watch but I would like to know what "flavor" each color is.

The cones work nicely, but I find that the cones are very strong scented, so I had to move the unit further away from me so the scent is not overpowering.

once my package arrived, I was quite satisfied with the items' smell and variety of scents. The cones burn consistent and not one piece was broken out of the 100 pieces delivered. I am 100% happy with this purchase.

These cones have a great aroma. The two I have used created heavy smoke waterfall.
