I bought the hat for my daughter. It was supposed to be one of her Christmas presents. Now it is the middle of February and I FINALLY got the hat. My daughter loves it, but I will never purchase anything from you again. You never got back to me about the delivery. I have found the same hat on Amazon and it is cheaper there.

Very comfortable, doesn't feel tight or loose on my small head. Like the ponytail hole- useful for my long hair. I wear it every day while running outside in the winter. It took awhile to arrive, but worth the wait.

This beanie is adorable but also very practical if you have long hair and want to wear a bun or a ponytail but still want to wear a hat. It sure beats the look of a baseball cap and obviously is much warmer. You can also wear it with your hair down and the opening for your ponytail doesn't really show. Good investment.

Love the product, hate the customer service and delivery time. I can write to other companies and get an immediate response or one within 24 hours. It took weeks for someone to respond to me. The item took way, way too long to get here too. If anyone wants to give someone a gift and buys it from this company, they better buy it months in advance.
