It took over two weeks to get this item from the time I ordered it. It was a Christmas gift. Had I known it was being shipped from China, I never would have purchased it. However it came in perfect condition.

Although the mug is exactly as described and what I wanted as a Christmas gift for my guitar tutor it didn’t arrive in time despite being ordered well in advance. A second item, ordered at the the same time, still hasn’t arrived and has been registered as ‘lost in transit’. A replacement has been sent; I can only hope it arrives in time for my trip to Singapore to visit my son and daughter in law!

It is smaller than I expected but still looks nice. It was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. However it did not arrive until after New Year or within the time stated. It was intended as a Christmas present so disappointed about that.

I ordered this mug as a Christmas present for my father however it didn't arrive until this week. That's okay though as I know Christmas is busy and I'm not sure what end is responsible for the delay. I am happy with the mug though it is a little smaller than I expected.
