It does help to reduce body pain.

The pen came very quickly and has a very strong current. It is a bit tricky to hold it sometimes as the handle doesn't block the pulses. It took me a bit to figure out that the brass fitting needs to come off to attach the flat tip. The pictures do not indicate that in fact the opposite. Otherwise I look forward to seeing if this item actually does benefit me in managing my neck pain. Thanks, Susan Barnard

I just got it yesterday and I did use it. It seems to work pretty well. However I received 2 of the same modules (?). I have 2 of the large flat round things. I think it said something about getting a small round thing, which I think would work better on my swollen ankle! If there is any way I could get the "other" right thingy, I will be happy to send this duplicate thing back to some where!! Other wise I look forward to using it daily and hope it works as good as I think it will !! Sincerely, Cynthia Frederick

I received the pen and have used, so far, on my right thumb that has a bit of arthritis! Well, after a few minutes using the pen in the thumb area, I felt no more pain. This has lasted 3 days, exactly. This morning I realized the soreness and hurt is back. So, time to try the pen again! Realize that use every day will be the best use of this pen. Today I will try on an area of upper arm that is giving me a fit!! As an 85 year old VERY healthy woman, I do have aches and may have found the answer with this wonderful Energy Pen!!

Have just begun to use it find it relaxing to the pain areas let’s see the results in a few days It pulsates sending extra vibrations moment it hits scute pain areas!!!

Excellent item. Exactly what I expected.

The pen works well on pain relief. I have not tried it for anything else. It works better using the gel as suggested in the instructions. The case of the pen is quite light which shouldn’t be a problem but a more substantial case would be worth paying extra for. I would buy again however.

Though product contains a LED display, it is not technically a LASER device. However, it is a powerful electronic device that works much like a concentrated TENS. If one applies conductive water based gel with the hands, it makes the hands more conductive; thus a shock may be felt in the hand holding the unit when powered up. Suggest using an applicator or gloves when applying gel.

It worked , I was totally surprised. Severe pain in hip gone for hours. Problem is the screw on cap keeps falling off. The thread isn’t good.

This was for my daughter who has fibromyalgia. Time will tell how effective it is.

Problem area : Rt.area of L hand . Was unable too move thumb area w/o some pain (swollen area) tried pain cremes , exercises . Using the energy pen has ( time used 15 min.)relieved the swollen area and I can bend . After about 15 min. I feel it aching abit but not swollen . Can move my thumb too the middle of my Palm easily. Now it has been an hr. Still not swollen,just a slight hint of ache only , Since I am a leftie I am pleased ! Other area I am working on “ankle “ Rt. It hasn’t lessen the occasional pain in Rt ankle . tried in 2 spots

Fells like electrical shock but not a bad one! Just got it hope for some results!

I only used it once; but it feels when I applied it on my knee pain.

I am very disappointed with it as the tips are too big for the pen and will not screw on and both of the tips keep falling off. It seems that I have been sent the wrong tips. Please can you send me the correct tips.

We just got it so kinda hard to tell right now, it seems to work Okay. Time will tell. Question where does one buy more Gel when supply runs out?
