It is a well made and easy to use product. Be sure to start at level one when using on your face to see how well you can tolerate it. I just started using it for a week on my face, so not sure of the results but it definitely engages the face muscles.

What would be nice is the areas in the booklet only show the numbers, WHAT do they stand for would be nice. If there is another book to show this use of each location that would be extreamly helpful
