Mug is as pictured, a bit smaller than I thought. I bought a blue one and a green one. They took two months to arrive here (France), so the shipping time needs improvement… But, overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I HAVE SENT THREE INQUIRIES AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AS TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE SECOND MUG, WHEN IT IS PROMISED ON THE WEBSITE THAT INQUIRIES WILL RECIEVE A RESPONSE IN A DAY'S TIME. IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NO RESPONSE. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
