I really like the hat was wanting to monogram it, but was told that it was not monogramming good, something about it tightened the threads in the hat and it made the hat fit smaller, and they refused to monogram my 3 hats. Disappointed but I understand. They are made real good, but need to be made so they can be monogrammed, so talk to your maker and distributor.

I bought 3 of them, and I love them, but was disappointed that they aren’t monogramming good, so the store I took them to wouldn’t monogram them. They even sold the same ponytail beanie. Something about when it was monogrammed that it made them fit too small. Disappointed just wish they were monogramable that would make them even cutier.

Love the ponytail beanie, I am just disappointed that the monogram store refused to monogram it due to it not monogramming good, it makes the beanie fit too tight. The monogram would make the beanie look even cutier, y’all need to talk to your distributor.

The items were late getting here. I ordered 5 hats. I got two although the package slip said three. I liked the shipping details and tracking information . The hats are well made and the colors were a good selection. However I would hesitate from ordering from your company again. The product ordered (the hats) were unique and of good quality just timely delivery was unsatisfactory. I didn’t realize they were coming From China
