The mug is lovely. My only complaint is that I ordered it in November as a Christmas gift. I was very relieved when it arrived in the afternoon mail on Christmas Eve. A bit close. Shipping is slow but the product is lovely.

First, I have to say that I was getting VERY frustrated because it took a long time to get here. It finally came, the day before Christmas. It is a very unique gift, which is why I purchased it (the coffee mug with a guitar for the handle) and I cannot wait to see my friends face when she unwraps it. I feel confident that she will love it.

Even though, because of the volume of pre-Christmas postal traffic these two mugs were delayed quite awhile, they arrived on Christmas Eve in time to be wrapped. I was most impressed with the quality of the items, the glaze, painting and size of the mugs, and I would recommend your Company to others without hesitation.

The only problem I have was delivery. It took a long time to get here but I did finally receive it on December 24. (It was a gift for my son in law figuring I wasn't going to receive it by Christmas I bought another gift in it's place.). However as stated it did arrive just in the nick of time. The mug itself did arrive in one piece -it was very well wrapped and I did like it.
