Unfortunately, the size was too small as needed a 7 as opposed to a 6.5. Everything is still in its original packaging. Can I exchange the aqua sneakers for the correct size?

They were given as a gift and that person loved them immensely. She wanted to know where I got them because she wanted to order more.
