SO excited to get these. They work just as advertised. I was a bit confused as I thought all three were different but as near as I can tell the Black and the Blue are the same only different sizes. Fun to use on small OR large veggies. A winner for me. Glad I bought 2 sets so I can give one as a gift!

Actually i have not used it yet because it just arrived .. i am sure it will be of big help to my arthritic fingers

I am very pleased with all three peelers that perform different tasks. One slices very thin shavings unlike some that shave too deeply and can change the shape. One cuts julienne strips for salads or cooking, and there is one for fine shredding or grating. The blades are sharp and all three perform very well.

I purchased the 3 vegetable peelers and so far have only used one for peeling carrots, it was great, used the tool on the side for a decorative edge, so easy. Now I have to try onions and shredding cabbage. This may sound simple to some, but I have arthritis and holding a regular narrow peeler is now, not so simple! I find the wider shape fits easily in my hand, the indentations on each side for fingers make it perfect. Easy to grip, easy to use and versatile. Would I recommend this product? Its a great tool for any kitchen really nice.

Standing time is difficult for my situation; in real time these 3 gadgets truly enable me to have vegies and or fruits effortlessly AND quickly prepared. In turn helps greatly with my digestion. Being a vegetarian I use this constantly in my daily food preps. So very cost friendly. No gimmick here. THANK YOU . LORAINE R OSHAWA ONTARIO

I really LOVE the large sized peeler! It's the one strong enough and big enough to handle peeling squash, cassava (yucca) and other vegetables with a super thick skin. All of the peelers are GREAT for making coleslaw for a small group (ie. just me and my husband). MUCH easier and faster than having to pull out the food processer to prep salad. Also A LOT simpler for CLEAN UP. These peelers have become a timesaver for me in terms of preparation of food, and for clean up afterwards.

Love to make Sauerkraut and this knife makes it so much easier, finer and quicker to cut the cabbage.

Wonderful especially for arthritic fingers.

peelers are sharp and well made easy to use the best i ever had

I just love the Peeler, it make life easier, hold the cabbage in one hand, with peeler in the other, just shred it and let it fall right into frying pan, or salad bowl, easy to wash just run it under the tap, no cutting board or long knive to clean. Shredder is great for carrot, come out fine shred, look pretty and appetizing. Every household should have it.

I used it on coleslaw, it was fine!

Its great so much easier to make coleslaw than having to slice with a knife

I just tried these a couple of days ago and was delighted at the results. All peelers were very sharp (mind your fingers!) and did their jobs beautifully! I am now looking for a lot more uses for them. I wish there was a "cookbook" that provided all the uses possible for these wonderful implements!

The three pieces just arrived so I haven't used them all yet, but the one that I have used seems very good and VERY SHARP so will have to pay attention. I have arthritis in my wrists and thumbs so I think these tools are going to help quite a bit. I will be looking at other products from this supplier.
