I have only used it once, or twice so far, but it has a real strong effect on my spine. I can feel my spine and shoulders trying to move into a position that is more comfortable for the situation. I will hopefully wear it twice or three times a week till I feel that the neck is stronger and straighter.

Simple yet efficient, immediate decompression where I need it most. Just 15 minutes a day does it for me. Travel aid as well

Great for my tired neck

It works! The first time I put it on, it relieved the pain in my neck as I can rode in a vehicle on a bumpy road. I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to wear it, but I'm guessing just as needed.

This pneumatic device is great, it fills with control set by the user by the hand pump. It does not get tight around the neck... as much as provide plenty of lift and traction to stretch the junctions of the vertebrae enough to take away compression loads. thus reliving pain. also can stabilize the neck in how much it bends and holds it stable to not experience over rotation.

Good product. With little pressure, the relaxation is good. But not more than 2 minutes. Afterwards, take your breath away and re-pressurize. Maximum 3 times. The Velcro I do not necessarily need. The carotid artery does not attack it. Little pressure is better for me. It is not a toy. Use it correctly and test it for good results. I give a good grade for the neck relaxer. Combating causes is just as important.

I can't remember how I got along without this product! I've been suffering vertigo due to an old neck injury and spending a minor fortune on chiropractor bills, and just like that! I put the pillow on and wear it for a few hours, and I haven't had any neck troubles since! I love it so much I'm buying another for back-up and one for my best friend! Thank you!

I just received it yesterday. I wore it for about three hours last night as I was doing some office work. It did help my neck stenosis. I look forward to using it more and more. I feel it is a good product. My rheumatologist suggested that I get this.

A useful items for travelling !

I have used it for a half hour a night for the week and can feel the difference in my stiff neck. it works

I put it on to see what it does.I like the way it pumps up and how it stretches my neck .

Doctor said the disc in vertibrate was gone - used up, now bone on bone. The device allows me to lift my head a little easing the pain. I wear it about 2 hours at a time twice a day. It does help.
