What color would a red head use?

How can you charge $24.97 when the same product is being offered on the internet for $9.97?

Something for blondes please! The product looks fantastic, but some of us need a lighter option. Either that or show a photograph of the colours (maybe chestnut is light enough? who would know)

Agreed with J L. I need a much lighter gray-brown. Don’t want it to look like I’ve used a pencil, needs to be completely natural...pls offer a lighter gray than the charcoal.

I have very very thin eyebrows and would like to try this product, but like some other comments...I would need a lighter shade.

No tracking number given to me. No email confirmation promised. No customer service rep to speak with. Claim they blocked me through Facebook for my own safety and to reconnect I had to go through a few simple steps. No thx. Very sketchy. Why doesn't this come in a Light Color or a Blonde or are you suppose to use one of this for a blonde??? That's crazy!

Would Love to purchase pen, however, don't know what colors to pick. I have a birth mark with my lashes and brows being that one is blackish and the other blondish. My hair color is brown/auburn in color. See my problem?! I'm also very much strapped financially given the very fair price you have listed but short time, I would not be able to order in good faith. If you offer again, I've waiting over five decades for matching eyebrows, I can wait a little longer! Thank you for your offer. Please offer again.

I don't have an experience but I would like to suggest that you show the colors. It would give us a better idea of what to choose.

I ordered this on May 10, 2018 and still haven't received it! Today is May 29, 2018 and I still don't have it. I have written them many emails asking when I will get it. I think I will like this IF I ever get it. Even tho I don't have it yet, they have charged my credit card. How long did it take to get yours?
