Product = Fine...should have gone with a darker color though. Company = SUX. Asked 3 times for updates/explanations about where my order was, and just got generic responses saying "your order is on its way" ("now"...again, "now"... and yet again, "now"). Took over one month and 2 weeks to receive product. Company needs to choose a better carrier service and one that won't "lose" an order 3 times!

The pen works well but seems to be running dry after very few uses. In addition, it took so long to arrive that I doubt I’ll order one again, especially since I just found that Maybelline has a similar product.

Haven't used this yet, but it does produce the correct color stated and looks as if it will do it's job on my eyebrows. The tube is extremely thin I just hope it lasts awhile?

Looks so natural not blocky like most eye brow pencils. I will most definitely buy it again.
