The mug is great. My son loves it. However, it was supposed to be a gift for Father's Day and it was way too late for that. It didn't even ship in a timely manner. Have to think twice before buy something that needs to arrive on time.

The whole process from ordering to receiving was easy. I was informed all along the way whenever it moved towards getting to me. The mug is adorable & the box it came in is nice as well. I’m giving it as a gift to someone who loves VW vans! Overall.... very satisfied with the whole transaction!

The mugs are darling but one was crushed into pieces during shipping. There was no return shipping label and it came direct from China so I doubt any reimbursement would be made. I won’t shop here again.

I didn’t know it was made in China. I’m trying not to purchase anything from China. Won’t be ordering more

What fun. I bought a pair of the mugs and they are charming. Nice hefty ceramic, comfortable to hold. When I've used them I'll see how well they hold heat. They came well packed so they arrived safely intact.
