Arrived yesterday exactly when aspire said so in perfect condition. It is adorable and looks exactly as pictured. It's hefty n solid n has a nice comfortable handle. The experience with Aspire was wonderful since my last purchase off Facebook turned out to be a scam. They took my money n I never received the product my credit card made me whole again.

From buying to delivery it was smooth as silk emails updates on packing, dispatch, travel and delivery. Being a fragile item always a bit apprehensive about how it is packed. When they arrived the packaging was unbelievable you could have dropped it from 20 feet and it would have survived the impact. This cup is so adorable and it's huge! Just right for morning coffee without having to get up to refill. Coffee stays hot. It arrived within a few days and at first, because it's so cute, I was going to keep it on the shelf on display. But I just had to use it. I love it, it brightens my day first thing in the morning.
