It arrived right on time I hope he loves it when he opens it in Christmas morning !

We think it is pretty. We did not get a manual to learn about it.

Order took longer to arrive than I had thought , but arrived before my guest left after the holiday so it was okay!

It is kind of useless but at the same time rather neat. Once you get the hang of setting it up by using the little foam spacer which I thought was a bit of packing until I looked at the brief but adequate instruction sheet. I am happy to have it but my wife thinks I have reverted to childhood and not for the first time.

Got the little Groot planter and the floating globe. Took them a long time to get here but I was told that beforehand and I am so very happy with them. They were gifts for my son and he was very pleased.

I bought this as a gift for my son who serves full time at the Inspector General's office in the Air National Guard. He took it to work and put it on the bookcase behind his desk. It's an attention getting, quality, conversation piece that sparks all kinds of dialogue. The globe itself could even be used as a geography teaching device for school-age children, or for adults to dream of far away places!. The frame that the globe floats in is sturdy and because it actually plugs into a wall outlet there are no batteries to buy ever. This was one of those gifts that you give to someone else that you wish you had one for yourself!
