Arrived on time, package was a bit squished but packed well with no damage to the contents. The item, Engraved Solar System Sphere, is exactly as pictured on line. It is an appropriate size for a desk or a shelf. I got the clear base with mine and it just screams for a lighted one, colors would be awesome.

It was smaller than I thought, but still intriguing to look at. The planet names are so small I can barely make them out. Hope my grandson likes it too; it's his Christmas present.

I finally received the ball with the solar system inside. It is really neat to look at. It is kinda like a conversion piece. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the size. I was expected it to be a little bit bigger. Otherwise, I like it. The customer service has been nice to me and they checked on me to see if I have received my purchases. I even told them that I forgot to use the coupon that they gave me for my second order, but they were so kind that they did a refund on the difference that I would have gotten. That was very nice.
