The hat is perfect! Soft and cute. Put your pony in the hole opening and off you go with a comfortable hair day!! Highly recommend it. I got the light beige one and love it!

Product was very good. Delivery took a long time.

The hat is fine. It was the very slow delivery of the product that was upsetting and the lack of communication about the product status. I ordered weeks before Christmas and did not receive product until weeks after Christmas. Let consumer know more!

The beanie is very nice. The process & time receiving it was frustrating.

The hats were fine too bad that they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. They were ordered with plenty of time, but cite ad stating 7 to 10 business days turned out to be 30. Impossible to track. Never will order from your company again

The beanies are very pretty. However, I ordered them early in December to give as Christmas gifts. I sent several emails trying to find the status of my order and never received any reply. It was very late January before they were received. Very poor service. So instead of being Christmas they are now Valentine gifts. Very poor service. Not a satisfied customer

Bought 3 of these for my daughter and 2 grand daughters, all 3 have long hair. They loved them this winter!!!

I received this so late that I have not been able to give it to my granddaughter yet. I was notified it had been shipped, but I didn't receive it for another month. This was a big disappointment, since it was to be part of her Christmas.

Caps are great. Just wish it had alerted me to the fact that this was an out of country purchase so it would not have arrived by Christmas in time to give as a gift.

Will never order from this company again as it takes too long to receive items. Also, you do not respond to emails! You have no regard to individual customers.

TOO long to receive. Past Christmas. 3 weeks is a bit much to wait on such a small package.

The cap is wonderful and fits my granddaughter great. I get lots of compliments on it. I had a problem with the length of time it took me to get the cap. I ordered and money was sent on 12-8-17. After numerous emails, I finally get the cap at the end of January--more than 6 weeks later. This is very bad customer service and as a result I will not recommend your company.

Although the hats were very nice and good quality you must allow about 6 weeks to get them even if the site says they are in stock. Also three attempts to contact company by email got no response. I will not do business with them again.

Hat is fine. But your shipment of receiving product took for ever.

This was a gift for my daughter. I must say that I doubted she would receive it as it took a very long time to arrive. I emailed the company twice but never got any response. All that to say, don't panic, the hat will arrive and it's worth the wait.
