While the hat is nice, I thought I was purchasing within the US, only after I paid did I find out otherwise which created a delay and it was not received in time for Christmas. It took weeks once it got to customs, Your company should at least let customers know this information UP FRONT before payment. Let me clarify I DO NOT have a problem making purchases from overseas I have done so in the past but I knew ahead of time. Due to that missing info, I will not purchase from your company again unless you change that.

Love the hats, they are great quality....my order however took 2 months to fulfill. I tried to email the company several times and never got one response. The customer service communication sucks. Glad I finally got my order though, and didn't loose my money!

The hat is nice but I had no idea I was ordering directly from China I ordered 2 hats on Dec 8, 2017 for Christmas gifts. It took 6 weeks for them to arrive. Of course way after Christmas. There was no receipt or packing list so if I had wanted to return them I would not have been able to. I feel it was deceitful advertising showing an American looking woman modeling a hat with zero indication where this would be shipping from. So now anytime I order online I have to research to see where it is shipping from so I do not have to wait & wonder for weeks where it is shipment is.

Actually like the product BUT finally getting it in the mail was frustrating. I ordered it Dec 4th and it took 8 weeks to receive it. Obviously it didn’t make it for Christmas and that was disappointing.

The hats were great, very pretty & well done. Sadly, they took quite a long time to arrive, about 2 months. And then the package came from China. They were beautifully done & individually wrapped (i ordered 2), but if you need your item quickly, be aware there is a wait time.
