Nice hat. Tracked it through customs in China. Ordered it beginning of Dec . arrived Jan. Merry Christmas. Wal-Mart has them at half the price and I can.take it home the same day.

It's a good product, only thing it took a long time to get here.

I like the product but would probably not order from you again, as it took forever to receive my order even though you charged my card as soon as I ordered. When I sent numerous emails to ask what the problem was I never received a timely answer. So, long story short the product wasn't worth all the aggravation even though I do like it.

Other than the shipping taking 3 weeks, my granddaughter loves the product.

I ordered the pink and blue hats on 12/14/2017 and then ordered 2 white hats on 12/16/2017. I tried to cancel the first order to no avail. The orders arrived on 1/29/2018. A little late for Christmas presents. I will never again order from your site (found out the order was sent from China just before it arrived). I did notice the billing was done rather quickly!

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered 3 very cute hats with the pony tail slot for Christmas presents on December 16 and did not receive them until January 23rd!!!! I tried contacting customer service through email since there was no phone number to call, and I did not get any response at all from the periodic emails i sent to see what was going on. My credit card was charged in December as well. Very disappointed in this vendor as they have many cute items. I would not recommend this vendor unless you order at least a month in advance of when you need the item!

The item was received after Christmas, even though I ordered it in early December. I hd to apologize to my friend about her present being so late. But the quality, color, and style were really good. She absolutely loved it. It fit her well too!

It was bought as a Christmas gift for my niece and she just adores it. Says it’s the most comfortable and she gets compliments on it All the time!

It took weeks & several emails to you until our 2 granddaughters Received their hats. Considering the fact that it’s been very cold in DC & RI, I should have gone out & bought hats- your shipping time was far too delayed!

Cute hat. It took over two months to get the item and when I tried to inquire from the company where my item was there was no response. I thought I had been scammed! Finally the hat arrived. I thought I would have it for Christmas. No such luck!

Got lots of compliments and it kept my head very warm.

Shipping took at least six weeks which they dont warn you about so I sent many emails with some late replies. Even the freight shipping tracker said it went to the wrong country and was collected. Stressful process just to get a beanie.

My daughter really liked hers, but allow time for delivery. It took a month from the day I ordered it to arrive.

My daugher-in-law loved it. The material was soft. Just to let you know it took a month to receive this in the mail from the day I ordered it.

It took awhile to receive, but well worth the wait. I love it!

You should tell customers that it takes 6-8 weeks for shipping. Plus i did not receive a confirmation number/email when i purchased on-line.

I ordered these adorable hats for Christmas, for the girls with long hair. They are soft and cute as can be. I ordered then December 8th. They arrived January 20th. Christmas was out. Nonetheless, they are cute.

Great quality! The colors are beautiful and they're so soft. I ordered these for Christmas gifts but sadly they will have to be given for birthdays. Put your order in early!
