I really love my new hat. But it took forever to get it . It took 6 weeks or longer. When I would send a message to them on their web site, I would get no reply. This company needs to work harder at customer relations.

Kept me so warm and was very cute. Received soooo many compliments on the mountain!

Great quality! Best hat I ever bought myself. Looks great on my head, and I prefer it without the ponytail...and you never see the hole on top. Definitely recommended.

This was bought for a gift. My niece really likes it. The gift did not arrive for a couple of months...go figure. Needless to say I was very disappointed in that. Will not purchase from this company again!!

If this is for a gift, you'll need to order it at least 6 or more weeks early. I ordered 4 weeks prior for my niece for Christmas, it took nearly 2 months to arrive. Cute hat, but the wait isn't worth it.

Great product. Made well. Color was exactly as I thought it would be from the picture. Just took FOREVER to arrive....missed Christmas, so had to scramble for something else. I never saw anything that informed me how long delivery would take. Note to self for any future orders.

Ordered 3 of these in different colors. They are very high quality and nice. The only issue I had was length of shipping. Now that I know it’s going to take about 2 months, i’ll Just plan accordingly.

My experience was not the best. I saw this on Facebook about 10 days before Christmas. I knew someone who would like it for a Christmas present. I clicked on it and went to the website to order it. I thought when I ordered it would tell me how long it would take to get it. It did not say anything. I did look and saw something afterwards that said most items it not handmade would come within 5 to 7 days. I did not know this was handmade because I had seen it on other websites. When I realized and wanted to cancel you don't let people cancel. I finally got it the end of January. Luckily the person likes it. Even if I returned it you would probably take forever to refund my money anyway.

The item was great, But getting it was terrible. We ordered five for grand daughters first part of December. (for Christmas) Never showed up. Credit card was charged in December, still no show. we had credit charge cancelled. Then reordered item, still no show. Guess what five showed up in late January and then five more showed in middle of February and now I had to refuse them and take the second five back to Post Office and return them to China. Hope they make it and I dont get charged for them. Very poor service and business!!!!!!!!

I ordered this cute hat on 12/06 as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter, when it didn’t come in time, I decided to give it to her for her birthday on 1/12. It didn’t come in time for that either. It took 6 weeks for me to receive the hat & it was in stock! I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Shipping was weeks. Wanted it before Christmas but didn’t receive until 2nd week in January. Will not order again from them.

It was exactly what I ordered. It is perfect for me. I hate have my hair on my neck and this makes it easier when wearing a hat.

I have them to my granddaughters and they loved them.

I ordered the hat for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I purchased the item on 12-12-17 thinking that would be plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I received the item on January 17, 2018. The hat is super cute and comfy, however, I feel that 5 week delivery is a bit excessive.

It seems like a well-made hat. I always receive a compliment when I wear it. I might buy it in another color.

I ordered 4 of these beanies on 12/12/2018 for Christmas Gifts. They did not arrive until late January. I attempted to contact you several times with no response. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.

It is a little bit large for my head but otherwise I love it and is soft and well made
