I am happy to have the 5 hats. It took too long to arrive and I'm not sure how much was the postal strike and how much was the import. I would hesitate to purchase another item from this group. I communicated with Inspire but lately the communication was very poor and as Christmas came and went I was sad. I ordered in early November and was assured there was no backlog in Canada Post for Christmas delivery. Apparently all was delivered and I still had to wait until the 3rd. Marian McDonald

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. The product is GREAT! However, it was not clear on the website that it would take a month for my item to arrive (it said it would ship in 7-10 days, but did not mention that it would be on a slow boat from China, literally). Turns out I could have gotten the same item at the mall without the wait. That being said, the hat is cute, comfortable, and what my daughter was expecting. Too bad it didn't arrive in time for Christmas though.

Love the hat..nice and soft wool..teenage granddaughter loved it. A tad disappointed in the time it took to be delivered. Didn't realize it was shipped direct from China.will keep that in mind for next order. Great customer service on my follow up emails
