My entire experience was great all the way around! The dark gray color of the beanie looked exactly like it did in the picture, which was beautiful! Also, the quality of the beanie is so amazing that I was very happily surprised at how really well everything went from beginning to end! One more thing; it does take quite a while to actually get your package in the mail, so definitely count on at least 2-3 weeks before getting what you bought!

I bought the white and the black ones for my 2 granddaughters. I wasn't sure how they would work, but I tried them myself (My granny hair is not very long anymore mind you, but it is long enough to fit up on my head. These are awesome & on a cold night in front of the fire pit, nothing can be better looking than these. You won't be disappointed!
