The product itself is great. Customer service is horrible. I ordered the beanie 2 weeks before Christmas and it showed up Jan 11th. Emailed the company to why is didn’t show up on time never heard anything back from them.

I would have liked to know before ordering that it came from overseas. I ordered it for a Christmas gift, and lucky for you, it was going to be given on Christmas Day, because it was delivered about 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve. That did not make me happy.

When after a month I did not receive my purchase I sent 3 emails to Inspire customer service that all went unanswered. After getting my credit card service involved because I thought your website was fraudulent, I finally received the purchase after several more weeks.
