This is a very inventive idea , it resembles a waterfall except its smoke that drifts down the ledges of the pot and not water , NOTE.. it will not work efficiently if in a draft so i found myself walking about all over the house looking for a draft free spot , hard to do in a old Colonial but i eventually found the perfect place to put it , the effect is hypnotic , you just want to sit and watch it , the incense cones burn fast but they are designed to do that to get the waterfall effect, my husband walked in from work and spotted it immediately , so he sat and watched it , he said ," THAT is cool "and wondered over to get a closer look. So all in all , a conversation piece which i think i,m going to put on the counter of my shop and let others enjoy it too.

This is a very different item, and was interested in it as soon as I saw it. I purchased the blue one, along with a bag of the incense cones. I tried it out, and at first couldn’t see where the smoke was going. Then after a while it started to follow the rolling path downward. It is not like anything else I have seen and DO love it. I first saw this incense burner online & was fascinated by its difference to others , IE , it creates a waterfall effect but not with water , ( with smoke from the incense cone ) which pours down the edges of the ledges so it resembles water , you do need the incense that go with this type of burner as it will not work with any other regular cones , because the cones themselves have tiny holes drilled through them , yes more can be ordered without ordering another burner , go to the same site you used to purchase your burner .The whole item delivers a peaceful and gentle vibe that is designed to slow you down because you have to sit still to watch the action lol, it demands a draft free zone . i love watching it but am not so fond of the smell of the incense , i wish they offered a gentler /lighter incense cone .

Bought as a gift and he said "it's the coolest thing ever". It needs to be placed somewhere with little or no air movement so the smoke flows down correctly. I would definitely purchase again.
