Before shipment we’ll send you photos (or video) for approval. Once you confirm, we pack and ship as soon as possible so the artwork reaches you quickly.
Customs & taxes: buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Wooden artboard: the artwork is made on a wood panel (MDF/wood), sealed and finished. Professional packaging ensures safe transport.
If the original piece has been sold, we will create a new artwork in the same style and color palette. You’ll receive the same level of quality and beauty as shown in the photos.
Because all our artworks are handmade and often produced to order, slight variations in texture or tone may occur. Your piece will be nearly identical, but not an exact copy—this is the uniqueness of handcrafted art. We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and a beautiful result.
