Product is fine it was the delivery that was horrible by not getting correct information as to the delivery agent ,phone number or to p/u if possible also kept getting wrong tracking info number so when checking on order no one knew of this number need to clear up this portion of your customer service very frustrating to be getting run around

Shoes cute and were delivered in 8-9 days. Notifications about delivery did not start until I requested an update as I had not heard anything about a delivery. The shoes were not delivered to my front door but at a backyard gate, so I did not know they had been delivered for 24+ hours.
