IT works but very uncomfortable to wear

This item is great for discomfort in the shoulders and neck. It folds smoothly around those areas, unlike standard heating pads. The maximum heat is almost hot and the vibration is soothing. I recommend this item.

I want to pay for the hat. I feel guilty about this whole issue with the delivery and color. I did order blue as it almost looked black. I was not careful with the order and assumed it was like all the other orders I have made in the past - quick delivery. Please let me pay again as I still have the hat. AFTER RECIEVING THE CAT TOY,IREALIZED THE BALLS THAT IT SHOOTS WHERE TOO SMALL TO HAVE OUT SO WE CONFINED THE CAT TOY TO OUR CATS PRIVATE AREA AND SHE LOVES! THE TOY WORKS GREAT!

I normally fly a 4X6 Flag. This Flag was purchased for use in high wind conditions which have not occurred so I cannot comment on my experience. The quality appears to be very good and of course, American Made is outstanding!
