The product was excellent once I received it. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. It takes much too long to receive the items.

There was some problem with the delivery but we figured it out and the tuners look real nice. I haven’t had time to put them on my guitar yet.

It was very good service placing order and delivering on time. However the person who received the shoes said the shoes feel like que does not have a support, she feels like the shoe needs a support. She wants to return them.

Tight fit for an extra large which is what I normally buy. Your return policies sounded very strict so I didn’t send it back. I could have bought the same thing for half the price

they run too wide on me and need to return sandles.
