The item is pretty much as described. I think the lights are pretty fun and have a nice accent for my car. They turn on when the car is moving and shut off almost immediately when the car stops. Super easy installation since they simply screw onto the valve stems.

The wheel light has been installed on my car and made my car cool and makes my driving at night safer. I will also introduce my friends to buy.
