Design of architectural project consist into 4 stages:

1.     Information about your house     

       If you have some sketch of your house plan, it will be nice. If you do not have it, I need     some information                 about   numbers of floors,  numbers rooms,  type of roof (hip roof, mansard roof,  flat roof, shed roof).

2.     Creating  and approving of the plans .

3.     Creating and approving of 3D models (with texture)

4.     Design of facades by axises, sections with materials  

5.     2 revisions are available with minor changes after each stage (2 revisions for plans, 3D visualizations, facades).

Projects are in the Imperial and metric system. 18-20 pages of detailed drawings which will be download in  digital formats: PDF and editable formate –DWG.  Also you will get 3D file in Revit.
