This vest is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up and sewn together, then finishing band, bottom edge

The instructions were easy to follow but I did add in pockets and made it one button higher to cover more of the chest. I also made it from my own sheep who we sheared ourselves and I washed, picked, carded and spun the wool. It took me months to find a pattern I liked as I was looking for a cabled vest. The stitching is dense and this is a very warm vest
