I was disappointed because of the time that took for me to receive it. The color is a bit too dark for my eyebrows and I have to combine it with my lighter Clinique brow powder. Generally speaking is not a bad product. One has to practice a lot to get the shaping and filling right. I must admit that it last the 24 hrs on and is waterproof Sincerely Luisa.

Takes a while to dry but bbn it is smudge and water proof

The microblading pen is easy to use and perfect for filling in thin areas! Makes creating an arch easy!

I like because it foes last longer but wish someone made a color between blonde and med brown like a lt brown

Have a thyroid problem for over 40 yrs and lost all the body hair except for a few stragglers in my eye brow area. Using pencil look so fake I have been doing with out. Now, with this product they look more natural and can fill in as needed with looking painted on. Love it. Great comments asking; You look different and the comments are all great. So glad I got it. Even though I am an older (79 on Friday) I look 10+ years younger and all agree. Try it, you'll like, if not love it. Glad I found it and super glad I had the sense to order it.

Tried it right away! It went on great and looked so natural. Brown was the perfect choice! Should have purchased two or three. But wanted to see if it actually worked.

This item took far more than one month to be delivered to me and when I tried to reach out multiple times to contact customer service they did not respond. Overall, horrible customer service. I will not be ordering from this website again.

I love the product, but it took several months to receive it.

I bought 2-1 for my sister & 1 for me. The one tube works perfectly and we both really like it, but the other tube was dried out & , therefore, isn’t filling in properly. I have no way to contact the company for a replacement since there was no return info in w/the order when it was sent. Can someone please contact me about sending a replacement?

Very much like demonstration. Easy to use. If I put it onto thick I simply smudge it with my finger and it’s the way I want it

Although it took a long time to receive the order the eyebrow microblading pen works very nicely.

It last for at last 4 days through suiwering, see salt and all.

I still have some eyebrows so I can follow the line. It looks real but I wish the color was a little lighter.

Product = Fine...should have gone with a darker color though. Company = SUX. Asked 3 times for updates/explanations about where my order was, and just got generic responses saying "your order is on its way" ("now"...again, "now"... and yet again, "now"). Took over one month and 2 weeks to receive product. Company needs to choose a better carrier service and one that won't "lose" an order 3 times!

Best way to say I love this product is to purchase it again. Finally I can fill the spot of missing hair in my eyebrows. And they look awesome! I just order another one! Thank you for selling a product that works, looks natural and last even overnight. :D

my only problem is I ordered this on May 12 and received it July 11. If I had realized it was coming from China, literally, I would not have ordered it.
