Our products are custom-made and as a result we are not able to accept returns on our products because they are custom-made and handmade.  The processing time for an order is usually between 3 and 5 business days.  In most cases, we can deliver your package within 5 to 7 business days via DHL and USPS depending on the shipping address provided.  Before placing an order, make sure you read the description carefully, or mention your phone number so that your order can be shipped.  Remote Areas charges will be paid by Buyers  Please note that you are responsible for all customs duties and clearance fees for your order. If your order is returned due to a customs issue, we will not be able to refund your money. Please review your country's customs regulations and tariffs before placing an order. All duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot offer refunds for delays or issues caused by customs.  Important Note: Please note that all of our products are handmade using natural materials. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Important Notice About Our Products  Most of the items in our store are handmade replicas, including swords, movie-style knives, custom knives, and axes. The pictures you see on our website or in our catalog are sample images used to show the design we create.  Since each item is made by hand, the product you receive may not look exactly the same as the photo—but it will be very close. Small differences, like the color or pattern of the wood on the handle, may happen because every piece of wood and every handmade item is a little different.

Custom Duties / Custom Clearness / Tariff - Customer Responsibility

For DHL and USPS shipping, we must have your phone number in order to process the order. Our buyers are spread across the world, and sometimes orders are held by the customs authorities in different countries due to non-payment of import duties by our buyers. Moreover, there are times when shipping companies are unable to communicate with buyers in order to discuss the payment of import duties. Therefore, we request all our valued buyers to provide us with their phone numbers/cell numbers for the smooth processing of orders. The customer is responsible for paying customs duty. We are not responsible for any loss or hold up of products in your country due to customs issues.
