Used in diseases of the prostate, the bladder (urinary retention), as a stimulant to relieve fatigue, anemia and gynecological diseases.
Red root is a natural sexual stimulant in males with very mild action, restoring potency. Red root has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, improves blood circulation in the prostate. When prostate adenoma, reduces the effects of dysuria, improves urinary, promotes complete bladder emptying, decrease frequency of urination at night has a stimulating and strengthening effect on the respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous system. Bear root can be prepared:
-tincture;

Preparation and application brief

An alcohol infusion. 50 grams of crushed root, 0.5 liters of 40 alcohol or vodka. Infuse in a warm, dark place for 10 days, daily shake or stir, strain. Apply half a teaspoon 3 times a day. The course of treatment 20 days. Break between courses 7 to 10 days. It is recommended not less than 3 courses. Store in a dark place.


Water infusion. Cooked in an enamel pot, one tablespoon of chopped root, one Cup hot water (250 ml), cover with a lid and heated in a water bath for 15 min., stirring occasionally. Infuse for 45 minutes at room temperature, strain. The resulting aqueous infusion of one Cup (250 ml) consumed per day by equal portions 3 - 4 times per day, 30 minutes before meals with a teaspoon of honey. The course duration is 30 to 45 days. Water infusion to keep not more than 2 days in a cool place.
